We booked a last minute stay and Sukhdeep was absolute amazing. She was very friendly and authentic. She took the time to actually talk to us and not just rush through our check in. Thanks Sukhdeep, you added great customer interaction with our stay!

I want to give a big shout-out to Sukhdeep at the front desk. Customer service like hers truly stands out. From the moment I walked in to deliver food today, she welcomed me warmly with a genuine smile and a friendly greeting. In my experience owning a location in the Choice Hotels group, I’ve seen many front desks where guests are simply not acknowledged specifically delivery drivers or contractors — and that makes a huge difference in how welcome people feel. Sugdeed did the exact opposite. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made the interaction pleasant and memorable. Great job, Sukhdeep — your hospitality does not go unnoticed. The hotel is lucky to have you!

I am just checking out from an extended stay. First of all, Andrew. The front desk receptionist is the kindest, most friendly, accommodating person we’ve ever met. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are amazing. The property is very clean, outside as well. They offer a full complimentary breakfast, laundry , gym. Andrew goes FAR out of his way to be of assistance. He deserves to be on the employee of the month wall. We appreciate everyone and rate 10 for our stay,

Pet friendly rooms on ground floor are set up the best I’ve seen. Clean rooms with excellent bedding and mattresses. Friendly , helpful staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Right next door to Costco. A wonderful refreshing stay .

I stayed at the Ramada for two nights after a long, stressful day of missed flights and delays. I was completely exhausted when I arrived, but the warm welcome I received from the staff—especially Ahmed at the front desk—made all the difference. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely made an effort to cheer me up. His professionalism and empathy truly stood out and turned my mood around. The room itself was spotless, and the bed was very well made—exactly what I needed for a good night’s rest. Cleanliness and comfort were clearly a priority, and it showed. Big thanks to the Ramada team, and especially to Ahmed, for helping me turn a rough travel experience into a comfortable and positive stay. Highly recommended.

I made a mistake of which hotel I booked. They offered me a good rate at theres and allowed me to wait in the warm. Preeveet allowed Us the stay even though we weren't registered guests. Will stay here next time for sure.

I stayed here not too long ago and the service was amazing! I was greeted so well, everything was so clean, unfortunately the elevator was out of order but Ahmed made up for it by accommodating us with a room on the first floor. Breakfast was good too!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I stayed on the 4th floor with my friend and everything was great. The front desk staff member, Parveen, was extremely friendly and welcomed us with a warm smile. Her hospitality made us feel very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
